And suddenly turns to how do my parents named me
Luckily it’s NUR HAYATI SAMSUL BAHARIL
My dad was closed to this one alim guy, we called him Atuk Makruf
As I was born, my parents did see him to give the most suitable name based on my three sisters’ name; Nur Syariza, Nur Azizah & Nur Aisyah
Hoping for the name that could perfectly match our soul as siblings
He gave 4 options
SITI KHADIJAH
HALAWATI
JAMILAH
NUR HAYATI
and he asked my parents to perform istikharah prayer within the period given
These 4 names were written on 4 different papers
The written folded papers were placed into a chamber and my dad must draw 1 of them!
Absolutely my dad was very nervous since my mom was really hoping for NUR HAYATI
The reason why my parents wished to pick up NUR HAYATI is really obvious ritee?
As my dad opened up the paper that already induced anxiety for days, my mom felt relieved as she clearly saw NUR HAYATI
So, that baby girl was named as NUR HAYATI SAMSUL BAHARIL or also known as YATIE SAMSUL :p
